Terms of service
Effective date: 1 July 2026. Signed client agreements take precedence over these terms.
Using this site. By using tech.loongroup.in you agree to these terms. The site describes our services; a contract for any service exists only when a written agreement or quote is signed.
Your material. When you submit material or data to Loon Tech you confirm that you hold the rights to it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your material and of the code we write for you under a signed agreement.
Our services. Scope, dates and deliverables are set out in your written quote. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes from the software we build.
Payments. Milestone invoices are due as set out in your quote.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Loon Tech's liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned in the preceding twelve months.
Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
